　　根据《植物检疫条例》《植物检疫条例实施细则（农业部分）》有关规定，我厅组织修订了《山西省补充农业植物检疫性有害生物名单》和《应施检疫的植物及植物产品名单》，现予公告，自发布之日起施行。

　　原《山西省补充农业植物检疫性有害生物名单》（晋农（植保）发〔2009〕20号）依据《山西省农业农村厅关于公布废止、失效的行政规范性文件的通告》（山西省农业农村厅通告〔2024〕1号）已于2024年1月31日公布废止。

　　特此公告。

　　附件：1．山西省补充农业植物检疫性有害生物名单

　　2．应施检疫的植物及植物产品名单
